Mix Match.

Sorry, it's been a little bit since last post! I've been busy busy with work! However I did need to express my feelings in the interior design of our homes! Use what's in design magazines and what's online as inspiration! Making a house a home means using personality and individuality, so use what's unique to your life to create a space which is totally YOU and suits your lifestyle!
Mixing new buys with sentimental pieces creating an interior story all about you.

I think this is a fantastic example, mixing colours and styles creating a jam style of delight.
Understanding the individuals of the people who live and use their home,  should then be replicated in the interior design using their experiences, interests and dreams as inspiration!

The image makes you really feel the personality of the home and owners who have gradually collected furniture and objects over time, which have meaning. The strength of the turquoise wall and personal artwork,  with the impact of the fushia cushions, enlightens the space, mixing traditional furniture with geometric patterns, like on the rug and the modern style coffee table creates an individual interior, unique to the client.

Do you have any piece of furniture which you know will always stay with you no matter how you decorate?
